Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older to use Skill Nexus. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will not misuse the platform.

Access to the platform requires an active subscription. Candidate subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. Employer subscriptions are billed every 6 months or yearly via Paystack. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.

You are responsible for the content of your profile. Profiles must not include false information, discriminatory content, or contact details designed to circumvent the anonymity system before an interest is accepted.

Employers may only use the interest system in good faith. Sending mass, non-specific interest requests or attempting to identify candidates through indirect means is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination without refund.

When a candidate accepts an interest, their contact details are shared with the employer. Employers must not share, sell, or misuse this information. Misuse will result in permanent account termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. For billing disputes, contact support@skillnexus.io within 14 days of the charge.
