We collect the information you provide when signing up (email address, chosen role) and the profile data you create. We do not collect names, photos, or demographic information for candidate profiles.

We collect payment information through Paystack — we never store your card details on our servers.

Your data is used to operate the platform: matching candidates with employers, processing subscriptions, and sending transactional notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

Candidate identity is structurally protected at the database level. Your name, email, and contact details are never visible to employers unless you explicitly accept their interest request. This consent is logged and immutable.

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. All your data — profile, experience, CV, notifications, and connection history — is permanently deleted. Backups are purged within 30 days.
